I have loved this series from the first book and I'm so upset that the Honeybun Heat series is now complete. The suspense in this story was fantastic. I could not put this book down. All the books in this series were exceptional reads with strong female characters and excellent males. I look forward to other books by this author
I had mixed feelings when getting close to the end of each book.Do I want to read slow so it will last or do I finish and start the next book? Now I need to start the next series. I recommend Cheever's books.

Loved all the Honeybun books!
Every sentence, versus had me wondering what's going to happen next. I'm traveling in a van going out of town reading this wonderful book, which is excellent.
I keep buying these Honeybun books, hoping they'll get better. Instead, they got worse. Sam is fat-phobic; her "honeys" all invariably thin, tiny. Described in terms as the worst our diet culture has to offer. The undesirable side characters sloppy and unkempt, always overweight or written as large = smelly, disgusting. I've finally had it, in this one Brita's disguise involved extra padding to make her ugly. It's beyond disappointing.
Finally, Percy and Brita's story!!! Sam Cheever did an awesome job on the last and my favorite Honeybun. Don't want to give way anything, but what journey. Looking forward to more adventures from the Honeybuns.
